DELIVERY TERMS
As customer-oriented business, TV-PROJECT offers deliveries of the purchased goods directly to the buyer's address. But we ask you always agree in ADVANCE the terms of delivery with our managers to avoid eventual misunderstandings.
We offer the following delivery options:
1. Takeaway by yourself from our warehouse
Only please coordinate the pickup time with our manager. Office address and location map is provided in the “Contacts” area.
2. Express delivery within Kiev city lines
Our courier will bring your goods to the specified address exactly at the agreed time. We ask for your understanding that we have to set the courier tariff - 50 UAH for delivery of orders up to 5000 UAH
Purchases over the specified amount will be delivered for free.
3. Delivery within Ukraine
For deliveries of the ordered and paid products throughout Ukraine, we use the national well-known and well-established transport and logistics companies "New Mail", "Autolux", "Night Express". If you prefer to use other transport company, it is also NOT a problem. In this case, we only recommend you to immediately negotiate this point with the manager of our online store TV-PROJECT when ordering or paying for the purchases.
4. Delivery to other world destinations
At customer's request, we also can ship your orders from Ukraine to abroad. In this case, we cooperate with the international express delivery companies - DHL, TNT, Ukrainian state enterprise of special communication (GPSS).
The tariff for both domestic and international shipments and their time schedule are calculated by the transport company itself. Also under the customer’s consent, the carrier may deliver his shipment either to company’s warehouse or to the address specified by the customer. Payment for the delivery and other related terms should be negotiated with the TV PROJECT manager at the moment of order or purchase.
